As a sponsor, you will have the privilege of introducing a keynote session curated by the WREC2026 Program Committee, centered around a topic pertinent to your interests. Your introduction address can extend up to 3 minutes. Your pull-up banners (provided by the sponsor) can be displayed on the keynote stage during your sponsored session. Proceedings Sponsor

Developing nations

A$2000/delegate

You can assist delegates from developing nations who have no access to funds for travel, registration and accommodation.

Indigenous delegates

A$2,000

Your organisation can help assist members of remote Indigenous communities attend this important conference by sponsoring delegates. Your contribution will be used to meet travel, accommodation and other costs associated with attending the conference. Many members of remote communities are reluctant to travel and your sponsorship can help make their trip easier and more affordable. Your organisation can help make the conference a success by assisting community members to make the most of this important event.

Conference satchels

A$3,000

A much-used item both at the conference and afterwards our Conference satchels will be attractive and practical containing all the vital conference information that our more-than 300 delegates will need. Having your logo on the satchel will be an effective way to display your organisation’s brand. Satchels often become a much-used item after the conferences. Your organisations brochure (or similar) will be placed inside the satchel and you will also be acknowledged in the Conference Programme.

Welcome function

A$3,500

The Conference Welcome Function will be a must-attend event for all delegates and exhibitors; as such there will be a great chance to promote your organisation or product. Your sponsorship of the Welcome Function will include a short speech at the function, prominent signage for your organisation, acknowledgement in the Conference Programme and other related promotional material. Two (2) representatives will be invited to attend the function.

Conference dinner

A$5,000

The gala Conference Dinner will be a prestigious event and ideal for the promotion of your organisation. The sponsorship package includes formal acknowledgement at the Dinner, your signage in a prominent spot, short dinner speech, your promotional material distributed to delegates, acknowledgement on the menu and invitations for two (2) representatives to attend the dinner. Multiple sponsors of the Conference Dinner may be appointed.
